I love the idea of doing this on Friday so that as you said, your weekend can be more relaxed. I tried doing this on Saturday mornings but then the kids had activities and it ended up being just me doing all of it but I think the kids need to be a part of it too and the buy in will be the game changer. Also, I loooove that you included the car!
Yes I agree that Saturday mornings (which I tried to do years ago with my kids) just aren’t sustainable as they get older and more involved! And yes, the car could be cleaned daily with my messy kiddos ; ) I hope it’s successful for you!
